We also manufacture Dish Cloths, Dish Towels, Turkish Towels, Floor coverings like Door Mats, Bath and Durries including Kalamkari prints.

Seetha Exports manufactures and exports apparel made of woven for men, women and children. Its strength is in casual wear of cotton fabrics. It has separate quality assurance wing, which takes care of online quality control (In cutting room and sewing room) as well as final quality audit before releasing garments for pressing and packing. The fabric Inspection Wing takes care of quality control before releasing fabrics for cutting. After diligent inspection and evaluation of quality standards, availability of technology, production capacity, transparency and accountability. This process relieves customers from the hassle of identifying and verifying suppliers and empowers vendors with payment security.

Design and Product development.:

We work main purpose of the technical standard as per the requirements of specification, fabrics, accessories, trims placement, and other construction details to produce garments as per the tech packs.

Sample creation.:

Our team Collaborate with sampling to create a first version of sampling to reach the goal how the style look. We always gets approval before proceeding the next stages the samples we make Porto or development sample , SMS, Fit sample, Size set sample,Pre-production samples and Shipment samples.

Productions.:

After sample approval in pre- production stage will source all raw materials, make graded measurements as approved. Our main aim are to complete the productions on time to reach our customer on turn around time We will be taking care from cutting, sewing, buttoning, washing of garments, checking, trimming and packing. ( included embroidery, printing in the garments)We involves in production of orders and validating its details, monitoring production progress and keeping customer updated. Conducting inspections at various stage to ensure conformity of quality. We Our lead time are 60 to 90 days depends upon the quantity. We work as per your MOQ.

Documentation and logistics.:

Ensuring the dispatch of the shipment within the fixed date, monitoring that the export documents as per the customer requirements, coordinating with the forwarder/ shipping lines/ airlines for timely and cost effective shipment still it reach the warehouse.We work as per the inco terms and prefer LC at sight.
